At Devatha Dental, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping and delivery policy for detailed information on how we handle and ship your dental equipment and supplies.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all locations within India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time. If you are located outside of India and wish to place an order, please contact us for further assistance.
2. Shipping Methods
We use reliable courier services and logistics partners to deliver your products safely and on time. Available shipping options will be presented to you at checkout based on your delivery location and the products in your cart.
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch (available in select locations).
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend on your location and the size and weight of the products ordered. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. You will have the option to choose from standard or express shipping (if available in your area).
Free Shipping: Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value or during special promotions. Details will be provided during the promotion period.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of placement. Orders received after business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Below are the typical delivery timelines:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (if applicable)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
In case of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other reasons, our courier partner may attempt delivery up to two more times. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-dispatching the order.
8. Risk of Loss and Damage
Once your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the package upon delivery.
9. Damaged or Missing Products
If your package arrives damaged, or if any items are missing from your order, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact our customer service team with your order number, photos of the damaged packaging or product, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation through replacement or refund, as applicable.
10. Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a full street address for all deliveries.
Remote Locations: Certain remote or rural locations may experience longer delivery times. If your address falls within such a region, we will notify you of any potential delays.
11. Changes to Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address may not be possible if the order has already been processed. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
12. Delays and Exceptions
We strive to deliver within the estimated time frame; however, external factors such as courier delays, customs checks, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) may result in unforeseen delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed about the status of your order and work to ensure that it reaches you as quickly as possible.
