At Devatha Dental, we are committed to providing top-quality dental products and exceptional service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds. Please read the policy carefully to understand our procedures and guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Returns
General Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, with all accessories and documents included. Products must be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt.
Exclusions: Some items cannot be returned, including:
Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., tailored dental implants, custom trays).
Perishable goods such as certain dental materials or consumables (e.g., dental cements, bonding agents).
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, including sterile items or single-use products.
Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
Condition: Items that are returned with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a restocking fee of 15-25% of the product price.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within the return window at [email/phone number]. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item if it’s damaged or defective. Step 2: Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide instructions on where to send your return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Step 3: Shipping the Item: Please ship the item back in its original packaging, using a trackable shipping service, to ensure that we receive your return. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Step 4: Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 5 business days of receiving the item.
3. Refunds
Full Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use, is returned after the return window, or is missing parts, you may receive a partial refund or no refund, depending on the condition of the item.
Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping charges, restocking fees, and any third-party service fees (such as financing or payment gateway charges) are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the product was defective.
Refund Timing: Please note that refunds may take several days to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing times.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items: If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchange for Different Items: If you would like to exchange a product for a different one (subject to availability), please contact us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item and any difference in price between the exchanged items.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to refuse returns under the following circumstances:
Items returned without prior authorization or after the return window has closed.
Items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or negligence by the customer.
Items purchased from third-party sellers or distributors not authorized by Devatha Dental.
6. Cancellations
Pre-Shipping Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before the items are dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, the return process will apply.
Custom Orders: Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
7. Shipping Issues
Lost or Damaged in Transit: If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier. In cases of shipping damage, retain all packaging materials for inspection.
Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
